Metal Stamping Parts Hardware Motor Accessories can be classified according to their functions and uses, mainly including but not limited to the following parts:

Bearings: support the motor rotor and reduce the energy loss due to friction. Common types of bearings include spherical ball bearings and deep groove ball bearings, which are classified as vertical and horizontal, etc.

Capacitor: Used to start and control the rotation of the motor and ensure the stability of the motor speed. Capacitors have a limited lifespan, and excessive aging can cause the motor to fail to start properly.

Cooling system (e.g. exhaust fan): to dissipate heat from the motor and reduce motor failure caused by overheating. The exhaust fan is damaged by long-term operation and needs to be inspected and replaced periodically.

Sealing components (e.g. oil seals): prevent external impurities and dust from entering the motor and protect the motor from normal operation. Damaged or expired oil seals will lead to oil loss inside the motor.

Structural components: such as bulkheads, end caps, etc., are used to separate different parts inside the motor to reduce noise and vibration, as well as to protect the equipment inside the motor.

Protection components: such as thermal relays, when the motor load is overloaded, the circuit can be cut off in time to protect the motor from being damaged.

Transmission and deceleration devices: such as worm gear reducer, used to reduce the motor speed and increase the torque, so as to adapt to different workplaces and needs.

Other accessories: including motor terminal boards, terminals, PTC temperature sensors, bearing heaters, etc. for motor connection, monitoring and maintenance.
