Manufacturing process

Material selection: according to the use environment and performance requirements, choose suitable metal or elastic materials as raw materials.

Mold design: design and manufacture stamping molds according to the shape and size requirements of the washers (or gaskets).

Stamping molding: put the raw material into the stamping mold, and make it plastic deformation through the pressure of the stamping machine, so as to obtain the required shape of the washer (or gasket).

Heat treatment: Heat treatment is carried out on the stamping molded washers (or shims) to improve their hardness and elasticity as required.

Surface treatment: Necessary surface treatment, such as galvanization, plastic spraying, etc., is carried out to improve the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of the washers (or gaskets).
